my new work, called "construction" explores the re-purposing of discarded items into compositions. these compositions are not just a static structure, but whole environments. these environments are in constant flux. this work is evolved from my earlier work, focusing on the re-constructing of cast-off material. now, this re-constructing is accomplished in a minimal way. while embracing minimalism, all pieces are still in a state of flux.
